What we collect, and why.
This covers the Intelligent Extrusion website. It does not cover the IEx platform itself: the data a customer loads into IEx is governed by that customer's agreement, not by this page. If you are evaluating IEx and want to know how plant data is handled inside the platform, ask us and we will walk you through it.
The demo request form
The form on this site asks for your name, work email, company, and which part of the platform you want to see. That is all it asks for, and all of it is optional in the sense that you can email us instead.
What you send is emailed to our team at info@intelligent-extrusion.com so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside Intelligent Extrusion, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Traffic measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. We use it in aggregate, to understand what is worth writing more about. We do not send your name, email, or company to Google.
You can opt out for every site that uses it with Google's browser add-on, or read how Google handles the data in their own policy.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months and then delete them. Analytics data expires on the retention schedule set for the property in Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to anyone else for their marketing.
Having it removed
Email info@intelligent-extrusion.com and ask. Tell us what you sent and we will delete it and confirm that we have. You can ask what we hold on you the same way.
Changes
Each version carries its own date and version number, shown below. If this changes, both change with it. We do not keep an archive of earlier versions, so if you need a record of the one you read, save a copy.
